What is an Osteopathic Physician?
An osteopathic physician is a trained and licensed care provider who was trained by a medical school and passed their licensing exam. They specialize in the “whole person” approach to medicine instead of intervention treatments and surgeries. They focus strictly on preventive healthcare and receive extra training in musculoskeletal system.
