Postpartum Health Alliance is teaming up with Postpartum Support International for Climb Out of
the Darkness®, the world’s largest event raising awareness and funds for perinatal mental
illnesses.
Please join us as moms, dads, and families in our community come together to ‘shed light’ on
theses very common and treatable struggles new mothers and partners can face. We will do a
short walk around the park on a paved path and there will be snacks, coffee, games for the kids,
raffle drawings and giveaways.
Fundraising is optional, but the money raised supports PHA trainings, workshops, and
educational materials to providers and warmline support, treatment referrals for moms, dads, and
their families.
