Whether this is your first or Nth pregnancy, every pregnancy is different and your needs may be different.

As a DONA trained Doula, I am honored to have the opportunity to be part of your journey. My goals are the goals you set for your pregnancy.

I am an epidemiologist, public health professional, and health educator for many years. I am also a doctor of yogic science, reiki master, and practitioner of yoga and pranayama, with formal teacher training from the Temple of Kriya Yoga and the Vivekananda Yoga Research Foundation (VYASA LA). I am trained in sound therapy, aroma therapy, aura-soma, and many other modalities.

Most importantly, I am your advocate. Your wishes, comfort, and safety are my priority. I am the mom of three (3) beautiful children. I draw upon my personal and professional knowledge, experience, and intuition. My gift to you is my patience, heart-focused listening, and resourcefulness.

Happy Mama supports you from pre-conception through 12-months postpartum. Access begins during intake. These bonus resources are intended to keep us connected, as well as you connected to your maternal care providers, community resources, maternity services, and support groups. Happy Mama provides pre-conception – fertility advocacy; prenatal, labor, and delivery support; and postpartum service.

Additional certifications include: American Red Cross Basic Life Support Certified; American Heart Association Innovation Network Member with Care Plans for Healthy Lifestyle, High Blood Pressure, and Diabetes; HeartMath Certified Trainer; and Postpartum Doula trained.
