My mission is to support and empower women and their partners throughout pregnancy and during the labor process as they transition into motherhood. I serve all of San Diego and the surrounding areas and provide support at home births, hospital births, and birthing center births. My commitment to my clients is to provide you with advocacy and support for whatever you decide your birthing experience should be. I have supported all types of birth experiences, including unmedicated births, epidural births, C Sections, VBACs, VBA2Cs, gestational diabetes, placenta previa, “geriatric” pregnancies, teen births, and many more. From our first encounter, I strive to make you feel safe, supported, encouraged, and listened to. My background as licensed marriage and family therapist helps me to integrate skills of therapeutic support into your pregnancy and birth experience. Additionally, I strongly believe that your birth partner is one of your greatest assets. To this end, I encourage all partners to be involved during our journey together.
