As a midwife, I’m passionate about improving the care families receive. I’ve worked with many families who’ve achieved pregnancy through fertility assistance and understand the unique challenges and investment that is made. I prioritize helping you reconnect with your body and baby while building confidence about birthing and parenting. I also have an extensive background supporting families through the postpartum period for over a decade and have witnessed over and over the major gaps in traditional care. Because of this, I offer postpartum care that extends a full year. By integrating resources and providing opportunities to connect with other families, I’m committed to helping you build your community.

I’ve devoted the last 13 years of my life to birth and postpartum work as a doula. I’ve been privileged to walk with hundreds of families on parts of their special journeys. It’s through these years of experience that I’ve grown my passions by seeing how much work there is to do to improve the lives of families. I’ve worked with many families who’ve struggled with fertility and supported them through all kinds of treatments and surrogacy.

I’ve also grown a profound love for postpartum support. It’s majorly lacking in our families, communities, maternity care, and culture. Many suffer in silence from postpartum mood disorders with no resources. There is finally a movement starting to bring focus to the postpartum period and I couldn’t be more thrilled to be a part of it.

After living in a foreign country, I began to understand a small part of the challenges that many face here in the US. I’m honored to help Spanish speaking families grow and be empowered through respectful care. I also support families as a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator and Placenta Encapsulator.
