Kiersten is birth and postpartum doula, CF-L1, and first time mama with a love for fitness and nutrition. BIRTHFIT combines what she is most passionate about, educating and empowering mamas through their pregnancy, birth & postpartum journey, while supporting them to live a healthy, active lifestyle. Kiersten utilized the four pillars of BIRTHFIT for her first birth which is why starting BIRTHFIT San Diego is really a dream come true for her. She is excited to share in the experience and looks forward to learning right along side of you.
