Many women approach the delivery of their baby with fear. Yet every day, women all over the world give birth then continue on with their daily work with their newborn strapped tightly to their chest. How do they do that? What are we missing with all of our medical technology? Birth does not have to be a medically managed experience. There is a different way for us to give birth. After all, birth is a natural part of life.

For a lot of our HypnoBirthing moms, this baby has been planned for, hoped for and has sometimes taken years just to conceive. We know you want the best experience possible – not only for birth but your pregnancy as well. You only have one chance to birth this baby(there are no “do-overs” in birth!). Each birth is a unique experience together, as a family, whether it is your first child or your fifth.

Once you fully understand the concept that this is not your birth – but your baby’s birth – your ideas and choice around birth expand greatly.
