My approach to postpartum support is parent-centered, as this is a time for deep care, rest, nourishment, and replenishment for the new mother. It’s time to normalize the need for help!

Daytime in-person postpartum visits are tailored to each family’s unique needs, and may focus on infant care and education, skilled lactation and bottle feeding support, and respite care. I offer evidence-based guidance, hands-on help, encouragement & food therapy to optimize recovery, instill confidence, and promote parent-baby bonding.
