Dr. Lindsay Hoffman

Dr. Lindsay Hoffman is the only prenatal and pediatric chiropractic specialist in coastal North County San Diego registered with the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association (I.C.P.A.).  She is Certified by the Academy Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics (C.A.C.C.P.)  It is her delight and passion to provide outstanding chiropractic care for pregnant women and kids.

Dr. Lindsay had suffered from anxiety, depression and panic attacks, and it wasn’t until a friend suggested Chiropractic that she knew there was something more to the profession than relief from back or neck pain. She grew up knowing her purpose in life was to help people live healthy lives, and she had dreamed of becoming a doctor, but after completing her medical school pre-requisites, felt uninspired by the medical options of prescription drugs and surgery.

After her first Chiropractic adjustment, Dr. Lindsay was noticeably different, both internally and externally. Her posture was better, the tension in her body disappeared, she was able to breathe easier, and she stopped getting headaches. Dr. Lindsay knew that if she could experience such profound results from chiropractic care, she would dedicate her life to providing this experience for others.

Dr. Lindsay is a CACCP certified chiropractic specialist for pregnant women and children. She has taken extensive training in pediatric and prenatal chiropractic techniques above and beyond standard chiropractic curriculum, by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and is certified in the Webster Technique for pregnancy.  Dr. Lindsay knows that  a wellness lifestyle is an active and daily pursuit which is why she is a passionate about fitness, nutrition, and Chiropractic wellness care.
