Robin Naughton is the owner of Breathe Fitness, a holistic fitness studio in Ocean Beach/Point Loma.  She works with all ages and fitness levels but loves working with families in the pre/postpartum period.  Her long battle with chronic pain is what motivated her to get her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and inspired her continuing education in Symmetry Postural Therapy, The Biomechanics Method, Foundation Training, Stott Pilates, and general functional fitness.

Experiencing firsthand the underserved needs of the postpartum mother (and new parents in general) she created ErgoMOMics, a program to help parents manage the repetitive stresses of caring for their newborns and toddlers.  Her offerings teach parents how to properly support their bodies, use their baby gear, and set up their home environments so that their everyday parenting activities can be a source of strength instead of a source of breakdown.
