Empowering women in the childbearing season has been my calling for over twenty years.  During that time, I have taught childbirth classes (HypnoBirthing and a “Bradley-like” course), worked as assistant to a midwife in her home birth practice for two years, birth doula for 12 years, postpartum doula for 15 years, earned my degree in Maternal/Child Health:  Lactation Consulting and sat the IBLCE exam in 2006, certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist in 2013, and became a health coach in 2015, when I began to work with women facing infertility.
After serving women in the Sacramento area since the 1990s, I have relocated to San Diego, and look forward to connecting with everyone in the birth community and all who want to be:-)
