I believe that every woman deserves to have a safe and satisfying birth experience, and that experience is different for each woman. My purpose is to assist you in identifying your vision and help you make it a reality.

I feel that serving another woman during birth is a calling that has been put on me. I can’t point to a singular experience or moment when I realized this was my passion. It’s always been in me. I had considered becoming a doula for several years but didn’t know where or how to start. When a friend asked me to support her in her birth it became clear that it was time. It was a natural thing for me to do. Since then I have been honored to attend a wide range of births including vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC), home birth, medicated, unmedicated, cesarean sections and more. I am also certified in the Rebozo technique, I have taken a training in Spinning Babies and I serve as the membership director for San Diego Birth Network.
