I am so honored to provide in-depth education, non-judgmental guidance and empowering support to help expectant parents make informed and wise decisions for themselves and their babies. As a doula and childbirth educator, I strive to create lively, fun, and very informative sessions with parents. I teach mamas and their birth partners how to tap into their intuition, how to become their own advocates and make decisions based on factual information instead of fear. The focus is how to work with your mama body instead of against it with easy to learn positions, massage and other comfort techniques. During labor, it is my hope to bring the mother and her partner closer together as they embark on their parenting journey together. Few moments in life are as transformative as pregnancy and childbirth, I would be honored to support your growing family during this sacred time.

My husband and I live in Poway with our 3 awesome kids. It was their birth experiences that began my calling for birth work and shaped me into the woman I am today. I have been supporting pregnancy and birth since 2009 and currently attend the Nizhoni Institute of Midwifery here in San Diego. I will be a graduate in the class of 2016 as a Licensed Midwife and Certified Professional Midwife. My hobbies include nutrition, essential oils, running and family beach days.
